Opportunity summary

We’re looking for a people-oriented, results-focused Sales Consultant whose main responsibility is to generate new revenue from new logos through selling a set of services from Accesa’s portfolios in the Manufacturing industry. This role operates from the mindset of technical solutions selling, learning and staying up to date with the services offered across the portfolio. You will be responsible to develop and execute strategies that achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

About the projects

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that achieve sales targets and expand the customer base, by collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization. Being proactive and building meaningful relations with existing and potential clients is the key in assisting companies in addressing the challenges brought by modern commerce trends through technology.

Your team

You will be joining a team of professionals with focus on Manufacturing industry, formed by a Market Development Partner, Client Partner and  Sector Lead. Together with your colleagues you will help Accesa to quickly adapt to market demands, in-line with our global governance model and create a better match between our solutions and the needs of our clients and partners.

Your role

  • Deliver on all aspects of revenue targets as agreed with the line management applying the sales process
  • Create and develop strong relationships with customers as a trusted specialist & partner
  • Understand the clients’ business needs and objectives, market-specific landscapes and trends emphasizing on the solutions we can provide
  • Stay up to date with the Accesa Services Portfolio and share the insights about the market following direct interactions  
  • Apply sales techniques to qualify and manage the pipelines, including developing new business through networking, being present at events and tradeshows to connect, build relationships and promote Accesa value propositions
  • Prepare and deliver customer presentations, design sales strategies to win new logos, work closely with the pre-sales engineers in the CTO Office (focusing on sales techniques, negotiation and contract sign-off)
  • Lead the proposal process according to the agreed sales strategy and prepare the customer for the hand-over to client management and delivery

Match your skills

  • 3+ years of experience alongside strong market & manufacturing industry knowledge
  • Ability to communicate in a meaningful & articulated manner
  • Active listening skill having a collaborative approach
  • Sales experience, able to elaborate a sales strategy, meeting the target and developing a pipeline
  • Negotiation skills, having the capacity of understanding the customer’s behavior and mindset
  • Able to manage stakeholders, process, time and priorities
  • Result-oriented, being up to date with the evolution of the market
