Opportunity summary

We’re looking for a people-oriented and results – driven Market and Client Development Lead that will guide and manage our Retail Sector team in order to build and grow a continuous pipeline that delivers on the revenue plans and objectives of the market sector.

About the projects

You will be responsible to provide functional management and leadership to Direct Sales, Client Management and Market Development Partners in order to land and expand sales, ensuring clients strategy to protect revenues, aligning with the Marketing function to deliver leads. You will also align with different stakeholders across the organization to ensure that the colleagues from the specific Market Sector structure can deliver on the revenue objectives efficiently meeting the 5* customer experience promise.

Your team

You will be joining a team of professionals with focus on Retail industry, formed by Market Development Partners, Client Partners and Direct Sales. Together with your colleagues you will help Accesa to quickly adapt to market demands, in-line with our global governance model and to create a better match between our solutions and the needs of our clients and partners.

 

Your role

  • Create and deliver the market plan for the Retail sector, develop the market strategy plan (that include markets and clients addressed, budget needed to deliver and timelines) in collaboration with the Business Lines leaders who define the Services Portfolio strategies
  • Achieve the revenue target of the market sector
  • Establish a sales team that delivers the order entry objective - new revenue from new logos (sales target and channel sales target) fully in sync with the DCR objectives managed by the Business Lines
  • Set up a client management team that delivers order entry objective - new revenue from existing clients (account revenue target) fully in sync with the DCR objectives managed by the Business Lines
  • Ensure the customer satisfaction objectives are met
  • Maintain the forecast projections and ensure the pipeline of new opportunities is updated, managed, and converted to support the company growth rhythm
  • Manage and facilitates the team regarding all aspects related to delivering the contractual promises to all clients, meeting the customer satisfaction objectives
  • Provide line management for Sales, Client Partners, Customer Engagement and Market Specialists including roles responsibilities are in place  
  • Collaborate with the team members to set individual and team objectives that are aligned with the company performance management framework
  • Support the colleagues from the team to design a career path and build a competences development plan with measurable objective

Match your skills

  • 5+ years of experience within Retail industry activating either in the selling or delivery IT services areas
  • 3+ years of experience in leading a team
  • Ability to communicate in a meaningful & articulated manner, having a collaborative approach
  • Compelling presentation skills
  • Able to plan strategic and follow through implementations to achieve various objectives (market, sales, partners, client, marketing etc.)
  • Flexibility to adjust to the flow
  • Client oriented and growth mindset
