The role is responsible for bridging the market knowledge and trends with effective market positioning and strategies, representing the voice of the customer within the Group. The Market Development Partner is responsible for creating and sharing current and relevant information, research the market, identify valuable information and unique assets of Accesa.

About the projects

Part of the role’s responsibility is a deep understanding of what Accesa’s services are – it means creating the positioning materials that take the message from an internal perspective into a market perspective, that translate technical needs into customer benefits. The Market Development Partner promotes the value of the Group’s services and drives customer demand through the most effective positioning. The success of this role lies in the convergence of the market insights combined with the knowledge regarding Accesa’s services. 

Your team

You will be joining a team of professionals with focus on Retail industry, formed by a Client Partner, Direct Sales Responsible and Retail Sector lead. Together with your colleagues you will help Accesa to quickly adapt to market demands, in-line with our global governance model and create a better match between our solutions and the needs of our clients and partners.


Your role

  • Understand the user behaviors for the specific market areas (based on potential struggles encountered by the user, design custom and successful solutions)
  • Analyze Accesa’s services buyer behavior
  • Create and maintain value propositions, key messages and client benefits descriptions that are tailored for different communication vehicles – sales, landing pages, flyers, website, webinars etc. and to ensure the continuity and logical structure of such information 
  • Write descriptive content connecting services and solutions with benefits and value for customer to be used in marketing campaigns, channel partner campaigns and the sale process
  • Understand and apply all Accesa operational and administrative processes required to fulfill the role (finance, legal, travel etc.)

Match your skills

  • Ability to communicate in a meaningful & articulated manner
  • Active listening skill having a collaborative approach
  • 3+ years of experience within the Retail sector, either providing retail services or building IT solutions in this field
  • Client oriented, able to establish collaborations based on trust
  • Able to design a performant market research and grow your network 
  • Ability to foresee market trends and directions build on research
  • Proficient writing and speaking English skills
  • German language is a plus
