Accesa’s Risk Manager is the person responsible for analyzing, assessing and managing the risks faced by all entities of the company.
The role has the responsibility to identify, anticipate and prevent all of the critical financial, operational and safety risks that may potentially harm the company and develop strategies, processes and systems for monitoring and managing those risks and ensuring business continuity.
Regular risk status is provided to Accesa’s Executive Board, along with advice and recommendations on risk actions and mitigation approach to respond to emerging risks.
About the project
The top priority projects for the upcoming 1.5 years are: 1) Accesa’s Continuity Management Certification and 2) Accesa’s Crises Management approach.
The Risk and Compliance Team is in its early forming stages, as part of the Chief Operating Office. The Team is led by the Risk and Compliance Officer, and includes the following roles: Risk Manager, Legal advisors, Data Protection Officer, Compliance Manager, Internal Auditor and Process and Improvement Engineer.
