After externalizing a part of the IT department, the client needed to find a high availability team capable of monitor their infrastructure and to timely react to alerts. Our Monitoring team, with a 24/7 availability, was able to successfully cover the client’s needs with active monitoring, assessment of business impact, and incident management until issue resolution.
