  • Obtaining References: Withdrawing consent may limit our ability to verify your professional background, potentially affecting our assessment of your suitability for specific roles. However, this won’t exclude you from the recruitment process.

Ma’lumotlaringizni to‘g‘rilash huquqi

Siz bizda mavjud bo‘lgan o‘zingiz haqingizdagi har qanday noto‘g‘ri yoki to‘liq bo‘lmagan shaxsiy ma’lumotlarni tuzatishni talab qilish huquqiga egasiz.

Siz ma’lum hollarda, masalan, shaxsiy ma’lumotlaringiz olingan maqsadlar uchun kerak bo‘lmay qolganida ularni o‘chirib tashlashni so‘rash huquqiga egasiz.

Shaxsiy ma’lumotlaringizni qayta ishlashni cheklash huquqi

Muayyan holatlarda siz bizdan shaxsiy ma’lumotlaringizni qayta ishlashni cheklashni talab qilish huquqiga egasiz. Qayta ishlash cheklanganda, biz faqat ma’lumotlaringizni saqlaymiz va qonuniy huquqlarimizni himoya qilishdan tashqari boshqa maqsadlarda ulardan foydalanmaymiz.

Shikoyat kiritish huquqi

Agar shaxsiy ma’lumotlaringizni himoya qilish huquqlaringiz buzilgan deb hisoblasangiz, O‘zbekiston Respublikasining Shaxsiylashtirish agentligiga yoki bevosita tegishli sudga shikoyat bilan murojaat qilish huquqiga egasiz.

O‘z huquqlaringizdan foydalanish uchun bizning Ma’lumotlarni himoya qilish bo‘yicha xodimimizga (DPO) dpo@accesa.uz elektron pochta manzili yoki bosh ofisimizga pochta orqali murojaat qiling. Biz so‘rovingizga imkon qadar tezroq va uni olganimizdan keyin uch oydan kechiktirmay javob beramiz.

Huquqlaringizga oid cheklovlar yoki istisnolar

Sizning huquqlaringizni hurmat qilgan holda, ba’zi so‘rovlaringizni bajara olmasligimiz uchun qonuniy asoslarimiz bo‘lishi mumkin. Masalan, agar so‘rovingiz bizning huquqiy majburiyatlarimizga zid bo‘lsa yoki boshqa shaxslarning huquqlariga daxl qilsa, biz nima uchun talabingizni qondira olmasligimizni tushuntiramiz.

Roziligingizni bekor qilish

Mazkur Maxfiylik siyosatida tavsiflangan ayrim ma’lumotlarni qayta ishlash uchun sizning roziligingiz talab qilinadi. Roziligingiz talab qilinganida sizga xabar beramiz va uning maqsadlarini ko‘rsatamiz. Agar muayyan qayta ishlash maqsadlariga rozilik bergan bo‘lsangiz, uni istalgan payt bekor qilish huquqiga egasiz. Rozilikni bekor qilish uni bekor qilishdan oldin amalga oshirilgan ishlov berishning qonuniyligiga ta’sir qilmaydi. Biz maxfiylik tanlovingiz va afzalliklaringizni hurmat qilamiz.

  • Nomzodlar ma’lumotlar bazasini yuritish: Agar roziligingizni qaytarib olsangiz, ma’lumotlaringizni bazamizdan o‘chirib tashlaymiz. Bu degani, agar qaytadan ariza topshirmasangiz, kelajakdagi imkoniyatlar uchun nomzodligingiz ko‘rib chiqilmaydi.

  • Kadrlar zaxirasini kengaytirish va ishga yollash jarayonini optimallashtirish: Rozilikni rad etish ommaviy profillaringizga bevosita murojaat qila olmasligimizni yoki yangi ish o‘rinlari yuzasidan siz bilan bog‘lana olmasligimizni anglatadi.

  • Bitiruvchi nomzodlar bilan aloqani tiklash: Rozilikni qaytarib olish bitiruvchilar bilan bo‘ladigan muloqotimizni to‘xtatadi. Bu yangiliklar, erishilgan yutuqlarga oid hikoyalarni tarqatishni va tadbirlarga taklifnomalar yuborishni o‘z ichiga oladi. Natijada, sizning kasbiy hamjamiyatimizdagi ishtirokingiz cheklanib qoladi.

  • Tanlov komissiyalari/ Bir nechta intervyuyerlar ishtirokidagi baholashlar: Intervyuni yozib olishga rozilik berishdan bosh tortish qo‘shimcha uchrashuvlarni talab qilishi mumkin, bu esa baholash muddatini uzaytiradi va samarali baholash imkoniyatimizga ta’sir qilishi mumkin.

  • Ma’lumotnoma olish: Rozilikni qaytarib olish sizning kasbiy faoliyatingizni tekshirish imkoniyatlarimizni cheklashi mumkin, bu esa muayyan lavozimlarga mosligingizni baholashimizga ta’sir ko‘rsatishi mumkin. Biroq, bu sizni ishga qabul qilish jarayonidan chetlashtirmaydi.

Ma’lumotlarni qayta ishlovchi

Bu shaxsiy ma’lumotlaringizni boshqarishda bizga ko‘rsatmalarimiz asosida yordam beradigan tashqi subyektdir. U ma’lumotlaringizning qanday va nima uchun qayta ishlanishini hal qilmaydi, lekin ularning xavfsiz va to‘g‘ri qayta ishlanishini ta’minlash uchun tavsiyalarimizga amal qiladi.

Sizning tanlovingiz - ma’lumotlarni qayta ishlashning muayyan harakatlariga rozilik berish yoki rad etishdir. Masalan, nomzodlar kanali va ma’lumotlar bazasida ma’lumotlaringizni saqlashga rozilik berish, eng so‘nggi yangiliklarimiz va tadbir takliflarini qabul qilish, yoxud LinkedIn kabi professional aloqa platformalari orqali siz bilan bog‘lanishga ruxsat berishingiz mumkin.

Yuridik majburiyat

Amaldagi qonunlar, me’yoriy hujjatlar yoki huquqiy majburiyatlarga muvofiq ravishda shaxsiy ma’lumotlaringizni qayta ishlashimizga imkon beruvchi yuridik talab.

Ma’lumotlarni minimallashtirish

Ko‘rsatilgan maqsadlar uchun faqat qat’iy zarur bo‘lgan ma’lumotlarni to‘plash, shaxsiy ma’lumotlarni yig‘ish va ulardan foydalanish hajmini imkon qadar kamaytirishga qaratilgan amaliyot.

Birlamchi va asosiy maxfiylik

Shaxsiy ma’lumotlaringizni himoya qilishni ta’minlaydigan yondashuv ishga qabul qilish jarayonlarimiz va tizimlarimizning ishlab chiqilishiga hamda faoliyatiga boshidan oxirigacha va butun hayot davri mobaynida singdirilgan.

Ma’lumotlarni xalqaro darajada uzatish

Yevropa iqtisodiy hududidan (YIH) tashqaridagi turli mamlakatlarda joylashgan uchinchi shaxslarga shaxsiy ma’lumotlaringizni uzatish yoki taqdim etish. Bu mamlakatlarda ma’lumotlarni himoyalash qoidalari turlicha bo‘lishi mumkin. Biz sizning ma’lumotlaringiz himoyalangan holda qolishini ta’minlash uchun xavfsizlik kafolatlaridan foydalanamiz.

Muvofiqlikka oid qarorlar

Yevropa Komissiyasining Yevropa iqtisodiy hududidan tashqaridagi muayyan mamlakatlar ma’lumotlarni himoya qilishning yetarli darajasini ta’minlayotganini ko‘rsatadigan rasmiy qarorlari. Bu qarorlar qo‘shimcha himoya choralarisiz ma’lumotlarni uzatish imkonini beradi.

Yevropa iqtisodiy hududidan (YIH) tashqaridagi, ma’lumotlarni himoyalash bo‘yicha o‘xshash qonunlarga ega bo‘lmagan tashkilotlarga shaxsiy ma’lumotlarni yuborishda ma’lumotlar himoyasini ta’minlash uchun o‘rnatilgan qonuniy kuchga ega kelishuvlar.

Ma’lumotlarga kirish imkoniyatini boshqarish

Shaxsiy ma’lumotlaringizga kirishni cheklovchi mexanizmlar va siyosatlar joriy etilgan bo‘lib, ular faqat vakolatli shaxslargina ma’lumotlaringizdan foydalanishini ta’minlaydi.
