We’re excited to have been recognised for our people-oriented culture and commitment to creating a positive employee experience.

Presenting organisations with the highest overall engagement score in the Officevibe network, Workleap’s 2024 Spring Employee Experience Leaders are chosen with the help of ten key metrics — recognition, happiness, relationship with manager, wellness, alignment, feedback, ambassadorship, satisfaction, personal growth, and relationship with peers; and we're proud of our aggregated score of 8.2 out of 10.

Nurturing a people-oriented, customer-centric culture

For the past 20 years, Accesa has been fostering a culture where people build authentic connections and genuinely care for each other, both as individuals and as part of a larger community. This has allowed us to grow consistently and organically to over 1,200 IT professionals and build the expertise that has earned us the trust of major brands in Retail, Manufacturing, Finance, and Banking.

Through a hybrid workplace, a range of varied learning journeys, opportunities to connect and collaborate, and a flexible benefits programme, we enable our people to tailor their professional journeys. This approach allows them to grow, care for their wellbeing, and have a real impact through their work.

We strive to create an environment where team members are comfortable both giving and receiving feedback, where constructive dialogue flows freely, where they feel like they are truly part of a team and have an opportunity to shape the organisation.

Harnessing the power of technology to ensure a rewarding professional experience

In Accesa, feedback is one of our key pillars for growth, performance, and in creating a relationship based on trust within our teams.  We’ve diversified our channels to ensure we’re able to capture, work with, and act on feedback effectively at an organisational level.

From regular meetings and team get-togethers – both formal and informal – in-person feedback, and performance reviews, to company-wide Town Halls, and different channels that allow our people to communicate anonymous feedback, we’re ensuring an open, organisation-wide dialogue.

Through tools like Officevibe, we’re also able to gain a real-time view and actionable insights on a number of key metrics that outline our people’s engagement and overall experience in the workplace.

We’re able to closely monitor our eNPS score not only at team level but also at company level, empower managers to use feedback effectively, as well as measure and understand how individual teams work together.

We’re proud that, by using a combination of traditional approaches, smart tools, and our own programmes, we’re able to nurture a consistently engaging and valuable professional experience across the organisation.
